Shipping Policy
Currently, we offer free shipping within the continental United States for non-industrial storage items over $25. Shipping for industrial storage items will be calculated at checkout. You will see a shipping charge if you add an item from our industrial storage section that is ineligible for free shipping. Shipping will be charged for the following United States locations regardless of order size: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
We ship to the United States Monday to Friday, except major holidays. Any orders other than normal UPS ground shipping must be received by 1 pm EST for same-day shipping. Orders are subject to available inventory.
UPS charges a $19 surcharge for delivery attempts to an incorrect address. We reserve the right to pass this charge on to customers who supply an incorrect address.
Northeast Fasteners Co., Inc. charges shipping rates according the UPS and USPS rate schedules. We pass along any rate discounts to our customers. We reserve the right to use the postal carrier of our choice, which may include UPS, USPS or FedEx. Shipping and handling costs are included in the postage rate charged to the customer at the time of purchase.
