We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and PAYPAL.
U.S. SHIPPING ONLY. We ship Mon-Fri. Closed weekends.
Any orders other than normal UPS ground shipping must be received by 1pm eastern standard time (Mon-Fri.) in order to be shipped that same day. Orders are subject to available inventory.
We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or you may return the product for a full refund, not including shipping. If the return is due to customer error there will be a 20% restocking fee. All goods must be returned in the original carton and must not be altered in any way.
You must report any damages, errors, shortages, etc. within 20 days from receipt of the product.
UPS charges a $9 surcharge for delivery attempts to an incorrect address. We reserve the right to pass this charge on to customers who supply an incorrect address.
Northeast Fasteners Co., Inc. charges shipping rates according the UPS rate schedule. We reserve the right to use the postal carrier of our choice which may include UPS, USPS or FedEx. Shipping and handling costs are included in the postage rate charged to the customer at the time of purchase.
